This award shall be given to a registered member of SRA and whose monthly contributions are up to date.
The nominee should have attended 75% or more of his/her sub-committee meetings.
The nominee should have spearheaded at least one major initiative of the sub-committee in the past year.
The nominee should be an individual who regularly meets or exceed expectations whenever assigned a task.
(S) he should not be a silent listener during meetings but has a record of active participation.
The nominee should have a consistent record of punctuality in attendance of meetings.
Cite at least one instance to show that the individual is a team player.
Cite at least one instance to demonstrate that the nominee is passionate about the objectives and mandate of his/her committee.
Each road and each sub-committee should provide brief notes against each criteria and names of three nominees for each road and three nominees for each sub-committee respectively by March 31, 2016.
SRA Plenary shall then cast votes to determine The SRA Community Service Champion of the year from a short list comprising the winning nominee from each road and winning nominee from each sub-committee.
The nominations panel also welcomes nominations for a public servant or public organization under the category of SRA Chairman’s Award.
